Great picks! I LOVED Storm Glass By Maria V. Snyder..and all of her books! She is brilliant!
ReplyDeleteI LOVED Thirteen Reasons Why. Such a good YA book. I read Never Let Me Go this year after having it on my shelf for about 2 years. I can't believe I waited that long. So good! It was a real quick read for me!
ReplyDeleteAtonement is just meh. I liked the Glass books, but didn't love them like the Study series. Though chatting with Maria about them when she came to Writers on the River gave me a different perspective. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a great list! I have quite a few in my TBR pile. I loved China Garden. Very rich descriptions, interesting, I hope you enjoy it and all the others on your list!
ReplyDeleteI've read The Everafter and P.S. I Love You and enjoyed them. I've seen Evening and Atonement, which were incredibly sad so I don't I'll be reading those but I hope you enjoy!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I Love You, Thirteen Reasons Why, The Demon's Lexicon and The Warrior Heir are all really good. Hope you enjoy them.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to hearing what you think of Never Let Me Go. I've been wondering about that one!
Stop it! Now I have like four more to add to my stack. :)
ReplyDeletePS I've read 13 Reasons Why and it should not be #10. Push that baby up the line.
OOh i Really liked Everafter! Have you read Revolution yet? if not you should! If you did...did you love it?
ReplyDeleteNice choices. The China Garden is a great read, I plan on re-reading it this year.
ReplyDeleteThe Demon's Lexicon is another really great read. Hope you enjoy them all. ^_^
The Everafter and 13 Reasons why are two of my favorite reads from last year. I hope you enjoy them.

My suggestion for your reading list:
ReplyDeleteThe Sky is Everywhere by Nelson and The Cardturner by Sachar two of my favorites from this past year.
I read The China Garden years ago and I’ve been trying to hunt down a copy for myself ever since. I really enjoyed reading it.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I Love You and Thirteen Reasons Why were great as well, and Storm Glass has been sitting on my shelf for months, but I’ve heard great things.
Happy reading!
Alex: I loved the STUDY series, so it's about time I read the GLASS books!
ReplyDeleteJamie: I won't make you're mistake! I'll be reading it this year FOR SURE.
Misty: I loved the movie, so I'm hoping the book is even better... Hmm.
Nicole: I'll be saving those two for when I need a good cry!
Straylights: I haven't read REVOLUTION yet, but I'll make sure I do - I've got a copy on my windowsill!
Orchid: Good to hear THE CHINA GARDEN is good enough for a reread!
Anne: I've read (and LOVED) THE SKY IS EVERYWHERE, but I'll be sure to add THE CARDTURNER to my tbr pile!
K- I think I got my copy off Half Price Books... I'd check there. They have great deals usually!
Great picks! I loved Storm Glass and Thirteen Reasons Why. I have my picks up too at Debbie's World of Books
ReplyDeleteI already read P.S. I Love You. If you ask me, the story was quite boring.
ReplyDeletePS I Love You was fantastic! I loved it! Thirteen Reasons Why is also on my list (so is If I Stay). I can't believe I haven't read either of them yet.
ReplyDeleteGreat picks!
ReplyDeleteWhen you read Thirteen Reasons Why, make sure that you don't have anything else to do. It hurt my soul that I had to put it down to sleep and work and stuff. Amazing book. Seriously.
ReplyDeleteThirteen Reasons is on its way to me from the library. I am eager to read it, too.
