  1. I do the exact same thing! I must buy the book asap but then when it turns it, it sits on my bookshelf for ages.

I'd read The Boyfriend List first :)

  3. I am so guilty of that too. I bought 3 this week that I had to have, but have absolutely no idea when I will have the time to read them. "shakes head sadly"

  4. Hmm, those books look familiar - are you sure you didn't peek at MY bookshelf? :P

Kidding! I'm just as bad - I'm actually in the process of changing that by reading one bought book in between all the review copies I am trying to swim through. So far it's been working! :)

I am totally in love with Sharon Shinn! Fortune and Fate was a lot better than I expected it to be!

  5. Love this idea, and it makes me feel so much better about the older books on my TBR shelf. :)

  6. I had The Iron King on my shelf to read for ages and finally made it a must read by the end of the year in 2010. So glad I finally read it. I loved it. I have Leviathan on my list as well. Here's my list.

  7. It is so difficult when you hear about wonderful books to ignore that voice inside that urges you to buy yet another one!

  8. You have Shade's Children, The Historian, and Leviathan and you still haven't read them! You must read them soon, they are all great books. ^_^

  9. You should read the Historian. It's a great book, though a little daunting.

  10. Oh, The Historian was great, though sometimes it could be a bit confusing

  11. I loved The Historian, though it took me a while to get through it because of its size. A lot of the bigger books on my shelves get ignored because of their daunting size. I have The Iron King too, wonder when I'll get around to it...

  12. I do this all the time! I swear I love buying books more than I like reading them. (Blasphemy!) I have the biggest issue with sequels. I'll read the first book, absolutely love it, pine over the second book, buy it the day it comes out, and...NEVER READ IT.

  13. I do this too, lol. But hey, you've got some great books to look forward to there!

  14. I've heard good things about the Historian, but I haven't bought it yet.

  15. Looking for Alaska, Leviathan, and The Boyfriend List are all wonderful books! John Green is one of my all-time favorites, and I think Alaska is his best book.

  16. I think all book lovers do this! :) But books you should definitely read from that list are Looking For Alaska and Iron King. They are two amazing books you will enjoy like crazy and the Iron Fey series is almost complete so you should definitely get the rest in the series! :D
